– In the event of cancellation of the purchase agreement by the consumer but no later than 48 hours from the payment of the funds, the refund of the consumer’s funds will be carried out by returning the funds to the consumer’s card within 4 weeks. If the refund of the funds in this way is not feasible, the funds will be paid into the current account upon prior consent of the consumer.

– Shipping and delivery: Delivery will be a maximum of 14 business days from the date of payment.

– Buyers may cancel, supplement, or correct their orders at any time before making payment.

– After an order is placed, an email notification will be sent to the buyer’s provided email address.

– An order is considered confirmed only after payment is received. The production and delivery timeline begins after confirmation.

– FreshPrintMenu may delay production or delivery by up to two (2) business days after order confirmation.

– If the deadline falls on a Sunday or a public holiday, the next business day will be considered the final delivery date.

– The buyer may cancel the order if we fail to produce or deliver the goods on time.

– Goods may be picked up at premises designated by FreshPrintMenu.

– If the buyer opts for delivery, products will be shipped to the address they specify.

– Delivery is available worldwide and is charged according to FreshPrintMenu’s listed shipping rates.

– The buyer is responsible for inspecting the goods upon receipt and reporting any visible defects or quantity discrepancies. These should be noted on the delivery note.

– FreshPrintMenu will not process complaints about visible defects or quantity discrepancies made after the goods have been received.

– Color differences will not be considered product defects. (See the “Color Adjustment” section.)

– Unsuitability of a product for its intended purpose will not be considered damage unless the buyer informed FreshPrintMenu of the intended purpose beforehand.

– We will address and resolve properly reported and justified complaints within the standard production and delivery timeframe.

5. User Accounts

– Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and must inform us of any unauthorized access.
