- I understand and accept the Terms and Conditions
- You agree to pre-purchase 5 (five) cases of Cinnamon Swirl Bread as a security deposit. After menu is delivered to your restaurant and put in use you shall receive 1 (one) case of bread per week for up to 5 (five) weeks directly shipped from Vlore Bakery.
- This security deposit is non-refundable. If Restaurant decides not to complete the menu or fails to complete menu or violates this contract the entire deposit amount is forfeited.
- All changes must be given to us via mail, email, or fax. We no longer take changes over the phone.
- You may make up to 3 rounds of changes. Any changes after three rounds will incur a $25 fee per extra round.
- The images we use (unless you provide them) are our licensed pictures. You can’t use them for anything else.
- You must sign a menu approval form upon completion of your menu. We will not print your menu until you sign the form.
- You will receive 50 free menus. Any extra requested will be an extra charge.
- You are responsible for purchasing menu covers. We no longer keep them in stock.
- Lamination times vary and can take up to four weeks. Please plan a month in advance so you get your menus on time.
- If you stop buying our bread, you must quit using the menus within 3 days
